Exercise, told to me in a dreaming Iktomi

In one of dreamings the Great Teacher Iktomi, to which one I, by the way to say, sunkened by the most unseemly mode(image), told to me certain exercise. In the basis(fundamentals) of a column, in region of a sacrum there is a small bead. Just the same bead occurs(comes up) in a vertex. Between them there is an internal tension going through a column. Thus there is a definite condition of a parachute extraction in a cord. I very much like this exercise: I do not know as well as why (and really it important?), but this practice is severe helps to generate intention. The outcomes become noticeable for the second - third day of practicing.
